AUCTION TIME!!!!

What: Mothers & More Silent AND Live Auction

 

When:Running now through Tuesday, August 25th 2009

 

Why: To raise money for our chapter - this is one of our BIGGEST fundraisers of the year!

 

How: Donate items (gently used or new), approach businesses and ask for donations (gift cards or items), or donate your (or your hubby's) time and talent (babysitting, cooking, sewing, art, etc) by SUNDAY AUGUST 16th   After that date we will release the list of items up for bid and start the silent bidding process.  Some items will be up for the Silent Auction and we will reserve some items for the Live Auction on Tuesday August 25th.  If you can't make it to the live auction, send your highest bid to one of our Auction team members or a friend (kind of like e-bay) and they will bid on your behalf.********FOR EACH ITEM YOU DONATE, YOUR NAME WILL BE PUT INTO A DRAWING FOR A GIFTCARD JUST FOR YOU!*******  So start working on getting those donations in.  If you need a letter for a business with our tax ID number on it to show our non-profit status, just let me know and I will send one out to you.  If you have any questions just let me know!  Thanks so much for all you do!
